Since 2000 i have thought and written in my paper- notebooks about a waterhelp & agricultural, environmental programm called tmap, which intends to ship freshwater and soil to dry areas by tankers and bulkers which have the new environmental emmisionstandard to bring that fruitland again to the places where in ancient times trees were felled to build pyramids, canals, ships, houses and our cultural life as humans had begun.
this thoughts should if realised bring the needed climate return to enable us to continue our human life on earth and with some other programs i have written enhance our chances for a peaceful happpy life.
i have also thought over a payprogramm and am sure that anbody can understand the usefullness of this free programm whilst it is clear that the dry area countries in a discussion about environmental and climate changes long and seek for european answers and asistance as our industries were the polluters.
Now we know that the finance crisis has brought one third of the world merchantships to unemployment and the workers and seamen likewise.
So now is the moment to start all helpprogramms that are needfull.
